Description
Orange5 is a bench programmer for memory devices and microcontrollers. The ZIF16 panel takes EEPROMs directly, and the interface list covers most of what turns up in an immobiliser or an instrument cluster.
The macro language is what separates it from a fixed-list programmer. Protocols are written down as scripts, so a new chip type can be added to match the manufacturer read and write algorithm instead of waiting for a firmware release.
Capability
- Built-in macro language for writing down protocols
- New micro scheme types can be added to match manufacturer read and write algorithms
- Built-in 32-bit virtual machine
- Two expansions compatible with Orange4 and Omega MTRK
