Delivery estimates

Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Each product page shows the delivery estimate for that item. It varies by item: some arrive within a few days, others take up to about three weeks. Checkout shows the estimate again before you pay.

Those are estimates, not a guaranteed date. We would rather quote the real window for each item than one flattering number for all of them. For an order with several items, allow for the longest estimate among them.

When an order runs late

Carrier backlogs, weather and stock delays all happen, and none of them are inside our control. Where an order is going to miss its estimate by a meaningful margin we will tell you, and you can wait or cancel anything not yet shipped for a refund. Where a parcel is genuinely lost we will replace or refund it once the carrier has finished its own enquiry, which they will not open until a parcel is properly overdue.

Free shipping

Orders over $150 ship free within the United States. Below that, shipping is priced item by item and shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. A few oversized items carry their own freight charge even above the threshold, and checkout names them. Nothing is added afterwards.

Tracking

Orders ship with tracking wherever the service provides it, and the link is emailed once the parcel moves. You can also check an order at Track your order with your order number and email address.

Getting the address right

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before paying. A parcel sent to an address given incorrectly, or refused at the door, comes back to us, and reshipping it is chargeable. Tell us quickly if you spot a mistake, because once a parcel is with the carrier we usually cannot change it.

PO boxes and military addresses

Most parcels go to PO boxes and to APO and FPO addresses. Freight does not: a machine needs a street address. Where an item cannot go to a box, the product page says so.
