Registration notice

Dimsport is sold worldwide, but the tool must first be registered as in the Europe area, because Dimsport has exclusive resellers in some countries. After registration it works without restriction.

New Genius device

The New Genius is a standalone device for serial communication with the engine control unit through the vehicle OBDII socket or dedicated diagnostic connectors. No personal computer or laptop is needed. Guided on-screen instructions walk the tuner through each programming operation.

• Safety: verifies file size and checksum integrity before programming. If the procedure is interrupted, for example by an unplugged connector, the device recovers communication and completes the operation automatically
• Reads and writes injector settings automatically, resets counters, and resets fault codes tied to ECU programming
• Configurable from a single application up to the full vehicle range
• Standard OBDII socket built in. Dedicated connectors are available where the vehicle has no standard socket
• Constant online updates extend the supported vehicle range

New Transdata tool

New Transdata supports all microprocessors used across vehicle types. Where the ECU microprocessor carries an anti-tuning feature, a New Transdata software patch unlocks OBDII communication and restores support.

• BENCH mode: direct connection to the ECU connector. The ECU does not need to be opened. Follow the Dimsport manual instructions. The E-GPT adapter reaches some ECU models in BENCH mode without direct ECU connection
• OPEN mode: connection to the ECU board in BDM, BOOT, JTAG, NBD, BAM, and similar modes using adapters. No soldering or desoldering is needed. A metal positioning frame with terminal adapters connects the ECU board to the tool
• Reads and programs the full ECU content: microprocessor, flash EPROM, and serial EEPROM. The original content stays retrievable even after a blocking event
• Autonomous checksum recalculation keeps normal engine conditions after modification
• Reads full ECU firmware and self-identifies engine maps and parameters across ECU components
