The D7S is the D7 with a reworked interface and, more importantly, DoIP and CAN FD. Those two protocols are what newer vehicles speak, and a tool without them starts refusing cars quickly.
Key programming runs through the KC100 or KC501, and it works with the XTOOL XV100 inspection camera. The battery is 5,000 mAh, larger than the D7.
