The Original AutoTuner ECU and TCU Programming Tool Master Version programs over BDM, Bench, and OBD with a one-time payment. There is no subscription. Updates are free and the warranty runs 5 years. It reads most ECUs and microcontrollers on the market in boot Tricore Infineon (BSL) and through the OBD diagnostic socket. Part number: XN-SE185.

Versions

Two versions are available at different prices: Slave Version and Master Version shown here.

• Master tool: files are not encrypted. Modify them yourself or send them to any tuning file provider. Any binary file editor works
• Slave tool: reads and writes crypted files that only the designated master can modify. The slave links to that master at purchase
• Any slave tool can be converted to a master remotely with written approval from the current master plus payment of the price difference

• OBD method: read and write through the OBD socket. Connect the tool, turn ignition on, read and write. 359 ECU and TCU units covered. Steps: connect to the OBD socket, turn ignition on, read and write
• Bench method: no need to open the ECU. Remove it from the engine and connect through the outside plug. 348 units covered. Steps: remove the ECU from the engine, do not open it, read and write through bench
• Boot method: open the ECU and connect on the printed circuit board. 219 units covered. Steps: remove the ECU, open it, read and write through Boot
• Datalogs method: real-time measurement and recording of engine parameters through the OBD socket, with online graph viewing. 134 units covered. Steps: select the car and start the dyno run, stop and upload, analyze and share online
• DTC method: read and erase generic codes through the OBD-II socket. 581 units covered. Steps: select the car and connect, launch the reading protocol, analyze and erase

Support terms

New reading protocols are added continuously and are free from the first software start. On a major problem inside the 5-year warranty, a replacement is organized immediately.
