Master and Slave

The Master tool has no file format limits and works with plaintext and.bin files in any software, plus MAGICMOTORSPORT file modification services and full MMS tech support. The Slave tool works with encrypted files only and routes modifications through its linked Master, chosen by the user or recommended by region, with basic support handled through the Master first.

Helpdesk coins

• RED coins are prepaid funds worth 1 euro per coin, bought through the Helpdesk account. RED coins can convert to GREEN coins
• GREEN coins go to FLEX and X17 MASTER tool owners at 300 per month for specified services. GREEN coins cannot convert to RED coins and do not balance resets to 300 at the start of each month

Subscription questions

If the subscription expires, Flex keeps working with all activated protocols and licenses. Only future updates, new protocols, technical support, and warranty coverage stop. Renewing after several missed years requires paying the upgrade fees for the missing years.
