A positioning template rather than a freehand mark: sets hinge leaves and the lock mortise from the same reference so the door hangs and latches without adjustment afterwards. Aluminium alloy construction. Covers hinge installation and mortising in one kit.
Templates repay themselves on the second door. For a single hinge replacement a marking gauge is faster.
