The KC501 is the bench side of XTOOL's key work: it reads and writes keys and chips, reads a remote's frequency, and generates dealer keys.
Two capabilities stand out. It reads and writes MCU and EEPROM chips directly, and it handles Mercedes infrared keys, which most general programmers cannot touch at all.
