A Bluetooth OBD2 dongle for odometer adjustment that pairs with an iOS or Android phone rather than a dedicated tablet. The Pro version adds the chip programming package, which reads and writes chip data directly instead of going through the ECU.
Two things to budget for. The chip programming package is the version difference, so the plain iODO Master520 will not do the direct chip work, and upgrades are free for 18 months before an annual fee of 100 USD applies.
