Description
The Phoenix XLink is TOPDON's professional scan tool and the step up from the Phoenix Plus. It reads codes at one end and performs cloud-based online ECU programming at the other, on mainstream European, Asian and American brands.
Two years of updates are included and renewals run at $545 per year afterwards, which is worth putting into the sums before you buy. Heavy-duty vehicle coverage is a separate purchase.
