The KESS3 is Alientech's current ECU and TCU tuning tool, replacing both the KESSv2 and the K-TAG. This listing is the master version with the TCU protocol, so it reads, writes and clones transmission controllers as well as engine ECUs.

The reason to move off the older tools is that OBD and bench tuning now happen from one device instead of two, and the unit is upgraded by licence rather than by buying new hardware.
