Description
A remote for the Mazda 6 and RX-8 at 313.8MHz under FCC code KPU41805, listed in models 41805 and 41848. The supplier states it is an aftermarket remote carrying no logo or part numbers on the case.
Also stated by the supplier
- Aftermarket remote, no logo no part numbers on it. Please choose the replacement with same buttons and Model# as your original remote. Otherwise, this item will not work for your car. Please ensure your current key and the key blade fit exactly the same as the key sample picture. You need to have this key programmed by a local locksmith. DO NOT go to the DEALER they will charge you for ONE HOUR of labor and they tend to want to sell you one of their remotes and often will not program the remote for you or they may charge you and then claim it does not work. A locksmith is fast and inexpensive compared to a dealer.
The two model numbers are different parts despite sharing an FCC code, so check which one your existing remote carries before choosing.
