EVDiag box and adapters

The EV diagnostics upgrade kit holds the EVDiag box and adapters with a carrying case for battery pack analysis on specific electric vehicles. The box fits MaxiSys Ultra, MaxiSys Ultra ADAS, MaxiSys MS919, and MaxiSys MS909 tablets through MaxiFlash VCI or VCMI. Kit contents: EVDiag box, adapters for BMW and VW, breakout leads, and carrying case. Existing MS909, MS919EV, and MaxiSys Ultra owners upgrade by entering the EV box serial number in the tablet portal under the EV diagnostics upgrade kit.

High-voltage diagnostics

Read and clear codes and show SOC, SOH, voltage, and pack status in one click. Block diagrams, parts diagrams, plug-in diagrams, and disassembly guides support the work. Offline battery package diagnostics support each battery installation.

VCMI 5-in-1

• VCI connection over WiFi, Bluetooth, and USB. Dual wireless mode runs faster and more stable with over 50m range and over 30 percent faster diagnosis
• Oscilloscope with large bandwidth, high sampling rate, deep storage, and preset cases, plus zoom, playback, and advanced triggering
• Waveform generator with DC voltage, square wave, square wave X plus Y, triangle wave, actuator drive, and arbitrary waveform modes for sensor and ECU signal simulation
• Multimeter for voltage, current, resistance, frequency, diode, duty cycle, pulse width, and connectivity
• CAN bus check through the OBD interface with indicator light signal confirmation

Topology mapping

The CAN bus tree lists all control units of the test vehicle in color: system counts, scanned systems, scan results, per-module DTC presence and counts, communication structure, direct fault code display with system entry, and color-coded module status.
