This page is the detail behind the shipping policy: what it costs, how long it takes, and how heavy items are handled.

Transit time

Each product page shows the delivery estimate for that item. It varies by item: some arrive within a few days, others take up to about three weeks. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date, and checkout shows it again before you pay.

Transit time starts when the item ships, not when you order. Most items leave within 1 to 2 business days.

Cost

  • Orders over $150 ship free within the United States.
  • Below that, shipping is priced item by item and shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Enter a ZIP code and the total updates before you pay.
  • Nothing is added after checkout. The figure you agree is the figure charged.

Machines and heavy items

Key machines ship freight rather than parcel. For some machines the carriage is a large share of the total, and we would rather show you that at checkout than bury it. If freight on an item costs more than the item, we generally do not list it at all.

Where we ship

The United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, where transit runs to the long end of the window. For anywhere else, email us before ordering.

Tracking

Orders ship with tracking wherever the service provides it, and the link is emailed once the parcel moves. You can also check any order at Track your order without signing in.

Questions

Can I pay for faster shipping?

Checkout shows every service available to your address with its own price and window. Where only one appears, only one is available.

Why do some items take longer than others?

Because that is what it actually takes. Some items arrive within a few days and others take longer, so each product page quotes its own window rather than the fast case for everything.

Do you ship to a PO box?

Parcels yes, freight no. A machine needs a street address.
