What we stock, and why every count on this site is a real one
Category counts, brand counts and specification fields here are read from live inventory. Where a figure is missing, it is missing on purpose.
Every count on this site is read from live inventory at the moment the page is built. Nothing is typed into a template and left to go stale. This note explains what that means in practice, because it changes how you should read the pages.
The lines, by depth
- Keys and blanks, the deepest line here, including 586 blanks and blades.
- Programmers and diagnostics: 501 tools.
- Key machines: 107 machines and machine parts.
- Picks and decoders, including 141 Lishi tools.
- Rekeying and hardware, and remotes and fobs.
The manufacturers we carry deepest are Xhorse, KEYDIY, Autel, OBDSTAR, Yanhua, Launch, Lonsdor, Lishi, CGDI, GODIAG, XTOOL, VXDIAG, TOPDON and Alientech. The item count beside each brand on the home page is live.
Why specification fields are sometimes blank
Product pages state the keyway, frequency, transponder chip, button count and OEM part number. Where one of those is blank, it is because we have not confirmed it, not because it does not exist.
We would rather leave a field empty than fill it with a plausible guess. A guessed frequency on a spec sheet is worse than an empty one, because an empty field makes you check and a wrong one does not.
What we will not claim
We do not publish vehicle fitment we have not verified. There is no year and model data behind this catalogue, and a confident wrong answer costs you a wasted call-out. Where a manufacturer publishes coverage for a tool, we state it; where they do not, we leave it unstated.
For the same reason there are no customer reviews or ratings displayed anywhere on this site. We have not taken enough orders to have earned any, and inventing them is not a placeholder, it is a false statement.
Ordering
Transit is 7 to 18 days within the United States, which is the real window rather than a best case. Orders over $150 ship free. Returns are 30 days with no restocking fee. Those numbers appear here, on every product page, and in the policy pages from one source, so they cannot drift apart.
